The architecturally designed Residence is a spacious 300sqm which encompasses large oversized windows throughout that maximise views of the forest and natural light.
The open plan kitchen living and dining area is an entertainers dream, with top of the line appliances, butlers pantry, cafe windows. Stacking doors open on to the expansive covered outdoor entertaining balcony with BBQ, 10 seater dining table and day beds for lazy afternoons and kangaroo spotting. Our Residence has 4 luxurious bedrooms to sleep 8 persons and 2.5 bathrooms for the ideal Margaret River escape.
Our Residence has a stunning tree house feel and is surrounded by native forest with an abundance of grass trees, with distance views of Geographe Bay.
Find our luxury Villas is fully booked? Subject to availability the Residence may be booked as a 1 bedroom escape. Enjoy the luxurious master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with full use of the kitchen, living, dining and balcony area.
Need accommodation for 12-16? You can book our Residence, Luxury Villa One and/or Luxury Villa Two and escape to Margaret River in luxury.
Minimum of 2 nights stay per booking (3 nights public holiday weekends, 4 nights over Easter/School Holidays and 7 nights over Christmas period). Rate is for 8 guests sharing 4 bedrooms When our luxury Villas are fully booked we offer the Residence as a 1-2 bedroom for a reduced rate (subject to availability)

Bina Maya is an accredited (Tourism WA) sustainable accommodation. Our Villas are sustainably built (2018), water is filtered rainwater, partially solar-powered, reduced single use plastic and recycling available.
