Designed for year-round escapes with family and friends, the Residence features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, spacious open-plan living and an expansive covered balcony overlooking the forest. Spend summer days exploring nearby beaches and enjoying long lunches outdoors, or embrace the cooler months with cosy evenings beside the European wood fireplace, a private outdoor firepit and the comfort of underfloor bathroom heating.
Ideally located just minutes from Yallingup’s beaches, Dunsborough and the renowned wineries of the Margaret River Region, the Residence combines privacy, space and thoughtful luxury in every season.
Find our luxury Villas is fully booked? Subject to availability the Residence may be booked as a 1 bedroom escape. Enjoy the luxurious master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with full use of the kitchen, living, dining and balcony area.
Need accommodation for 12-16? You can book our Residence, Luxury Villa One and/or Luxury Villa Two and escape to Margaret River in luxury.

Rate is for 8 guests sharing 4 bedrooms When our luxury Villas are fully booked we offer the Residence as a 1-2 bedroom for a reduced rate (subject to availability)

Your comfort and wellbeing are important to us. Our accommodation is thoroughly cleaned and carefully prepared between stays to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Check-out is at 10am, allowing our housekeeping team the time needed to prepare each property for arriving guests.

Payments & Cancellations
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay at Bina Maya Yallingup Escape. The remaining balance is payable 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations & Travel Insurance
We understand that plans can change and unexpected circumstances arise. As a small, family-owned business, cancellations can have a significant impact, particularly at short notice.
For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive domestic or international travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.
