Winter Escape in Yallingup
Discover the Magic of Winter at Bina Maya
The Season for Slowing Down
Winter, or Makuru in the Noongar Six Seasons, is a time of renewal. After a long dry summer, the land drinks deeply from the rain. Waterways begin to flow, the forest comes alive and the surrounding bushland transforms into a lush feast for the eyes.
It’s a season that invites us to pause. To reflect. To reconnect.
Winter is also one of the most rewarding times to explore the South West.
People often ask us whether bookings slow down in winter.
Our answer? Not really.
Bina Maya was purposefully designed to be just as magical in winter as it is in summer. In some ways, we think it’s even better. Perhaps that’s the Irish girl in me.
Waking on a crisp winter morning, cocooned beneath warm blankets.
Watching the sunrise filter through the forest with nowhere to be and nowhere to rush.
Running an early morning bath, warm tiles beneath your feet, giving yourself permission to move at a slower pace.
Breathing in the unmistakable scent of petrichor as rain falls through the bush, blending with the fresh aroma of eucalyptus while you sit rugged up on your private balcony.
Returning from a day exploring wineries, galleries and coastal walks to the comforting crackle of the wood fire.
A slow-cooked dinner gently bubbling away.
A bottle of local Cabernet being poured.
The simple pleasure of time spent together.
More time to sleep in
Winter gives us the luxury of slowing down.
Bina Maya gives you the space to embrace it.
And because some places deserve a little longer, we’re inviting guests to stay awhile. For a limited time, book four nights and only pay for three.
More time to sleep in.
More time to explore.
More time to reconnect.
More time to love Bina Maya.
